Sign in Rotterdam Open International Tennis Tournament

  • Sign in for Men ‘qualifying round’ is on Friday 17 August 2018 between 16:00 and 18:00 local time.
  • Sign in for Women ‘qualifying round’ is on Saturday 18 August 2018 between 16:00 and 18:00 local time.
  • Sign in for Doubles is on Sunday 19 August 2018 before 12:00 local time.
  • The entry fee for qualifying rounds can be paid in Euros (EUR 36,-). There is no entry fee for the main draw.
  • You will need to fill in the Sign-in form before you go to the Referee’s office.
  • You have to sign in with your name and your signature on the list at the referees, otherwise you are out of the tournament!
  • You have to pay the entry fee at the infodesk, otherwise you are out of the tournament!
  • To sign in we need both your passport and your IPIN (International Player Identification Number).
  • To sign in, you have to go to:
    1) the Referee
    2) the Infodesk to pay your entry fee

    If you fail to do either you can’t play in the tournament.

Singles

All players accepted into the Main/Second Draw must sign-in personally

  • Sign in for the UNIQLO wheelchair tour is Wednesday 22 August 4pm (16:00 hours) local time.
  • All players accepted into the main/second draw must sign in personally/on site or by phone with the referee.
  • A player, who signs in by phone and does not appear for a tournament, will be fined according to the Code of Conduct.
  • Players who do not sign in will be left out of the draw.
  • It is the players’ responsibility to make sure they have the correct telephone details.
  • The entry fee can be paid in Euros (EUR 40,-).
  • You have to pay the entry fee at the infodesk, otherwise you are out of the tournament!
  • To sign in we need both your passport and your IPIN (International Player Identification Number).

Doubles

  • All doubles teams must sign in in-person with the Referee by 12pm (12:00 hours) on Thursday 23 August 2018, regardless of whether they have declared their wish to play doubles on their entry forms.
  • One member of a doubles team may sign in for the team.
  • Any team that has not signed in in-person as required by this rule, will not be included in the draw.
