Rotterdam Open provides a shuttle service from the players’ hotel to the tennis courts and vice versa.
Please refer to the section ‘Shuttle service‘ on our website (players menu) for schedules and exact departure time.
The bus(es) and/ or car(s) of the shuttle service will be standing visible in front of the entrance of the hotel.
A reservation is not necessary.

Bottled water will be provided for matches only. If you need extra water you can use use tap water. All tap water in Holland is 100% drinkable and has a very high quality and is free of bacteria. Behind the bar they have cool tapwater!

Training balls
Deposit € 10. Loss of a ball costs € 2,50.
Laundry
We have a laundry service: the costs are € 3 per kg, minimum price per laundry is € 7,50. The laundry will be picked up every morning around 10:00 and returned the next day at approximately the same time. Arrange your laundry at our information desk. (Phone: 010-2262470 Nico Oosterhof)
